US Vice-President JD Vance has expressed a commitment to what he views as “God’s work,” emphasizing that he would accept the role his actions might play in the eventual arrival of the end times. In a recent podcast interview, Vance highlighted his uncertainty about whether the end times are imminent but acknowledged that their arrival is inevitable. He mentioned the possibility that these events could unfold thousands of years from now or potentially much sooner.

During the discussion, Vance speculated on the presence of the Antichrist in today’s world, referencing developments in modern society that he finds concerning from a religious perspective. Of particular concern to him is the rising use of artificial intelligence in personal interactions. He criticized the reliance on AI as a replacement for human connection, describing it as “kind of satanic,” and underscored the importance of genuine human relationships.

Vance also shared his experiences of a perceived “spiritual darkness” during meetings with global leaders. He noted that certain comments or topics could trigger what he termed a “spiritual alarm bell,” suggesting an underlying unease in those interactions.

In addition to these observations, Vance defended President Donald Trump in response to a controversial AI-generated image that depicted Trump in a Christ-like manner. Vance clarified that Trump had no intention of mocking Christianity or presenting himself as a divine figure, framing the image as an attempt at humor rather than sacrilege.
